In our open position as DevOps Test Automation Engineer, you will have a challenging and interesting role as Hands-on Test Engineer in an international and dynamic environment with the possibility to work in an Agile / DevOps environment.
This role is within the Bank User Solutions (BUS) area including HR & COO IT. You face exciting Test Automation Opportunities in green field & be-spoke projects utilizing some of the most exciting technologies in the market today with the opportunity to improve overall testing maturity and establish process & standards.

Responsible for Planning, Preparing and Execution of testing activities for various BUS HR & COO IT projects including close management & tracking of defects towards a swift resolution.
Providing effective monitoring and reporting of test progress / status to business partners
Automate testing as much as possible at UI / API / Service / data base / business logic level
Seek to ensure automated test suit is fit for purpose, executes continuously and integrates with CI tool
Advice how the product / feature should be designed with testability in mind.
Coordinate with IT and business partners to drive all testing activities
Partner and collaborate with Test Delivery Manager to deliver testing services for the Product Line including improving overall test maturity, coverage, implementing governance, establishing standard test process & increasing automation / non-functional testing footprint

Your skills and experience

Graduate degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with at 5-7 years’ experience in Software testing preferably in Financial Service / HR domain
Solid Functional, Automation & Technical Testing hands on experience blended with strong analytical & problem solving skills
Experience in at least one object oriented programming language (preferably Java), one scripting language (preferably Python), Automation tool (preferably Selenium) and Database / ETL testing.
Proficient in Unix, Informatica / Control M & Big-Data testing concepts
Good understanding of software development & CI / CD process & tools like JIRA , Intellij / Eclipse, SVN / GIT, Maven / Ant, Team City / Jenkin etc.
Self-starter, positive attitude, team-player with strong communication & partner management skills, attention to detail, adaptable to change of priorities or circumstances and able to help drive all aspects of testing.
