Plays a key role in the end-to-end sales cycle and supports the sales team with the required product information, proposal building, acting as a technical expert and liaising with key stakeholders.
Job Description Plan sales strategies, positioning in contrast to competitors and demonstration of company offerings Engage with the customers and interpret and assess their needs Proactively scope the products and solutions required to address customer needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both customer and business Coordinate closely with sales, sales support and technical teams to align solution design with customer requirements Work with sales to technically qualify opportunities by making recommendations on solution, feasibility, scope of work (SOW), expected timelines and associated risks Create responses to proposals / bids / tenders / RFIs / RFPs / EOIs Give product demonstrations and deliver proof of concepts Create sales pitches and present the pitches to the decision makers of a particular campaign Collaborate with marketing team to ensure sales pitches are aligned with marketing campaigns and participate in lead generating activities like tradeshows, expos, company events etc.
