Who will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles, and will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Must Have Skills

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search).
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured).

Handling the entire recruitment cycle for IT.
Experience of all job portals like Naukri / Monster / indeed / Linkedin.
Good expertise & IT Connection on LinkedIn.
Referencing and lined up the candidates for the urgent closures on a daily basis.
Follow up with candidates.
Mass Mailing and job posting for receiving the maximum resume for the various profiles on Portals.
Maintaining an internal database for the future references.
