Job Description

We are excited to hire a Manager, Human Resources Operations. You are expected to lead a team(s) responsible for providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for associates, leaders, external clients, and HR internal teams for HR-related support and questions.

Also lead, direct and review the team’s work to achieve operational or functional targets or objectives with a measurable contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team and department.

You would also establish and communicate team goals that support and advance team and department objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.

Understand and explain policies, practices, and procedures within the immediate area of responsibility to stakeholders within and outside of the team.

Identify, propose and lead team and department-level quality and process improvement initiatives; participate and provide input on strategic initiatives at the department level.

Deliver consistent and timely training, guidance, and feedback to encourage and promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.

Provide primary input and recommendations on staffing and performance decisions for direct reports.


Basic Qualifications :

  • At least 8 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including : 2 years of Human resources and / or business operations work experience6 years higher education and / or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job2 years of people management, matrix management, project management, or other indirect leadership work experience
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Familiarity with an inbound customer contact center environment facing US associates / employees
  • Voice support experience on Call management system (Example : Avaya, Skype call tree, Cisco call tree, etc.)
  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • US payroll and benefits administration processes
  • Additional Information

    All employees must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
