What success looks like in this role :
Responsible for day-to-day facility management, planning, utilization, support activities and cost controls. Uses technical and professional skills and knowledge to solve moderately complicated problems requiring some independent thinking.
Receives limited supervision. Makes decisions within context of personal experience and seeks ways to improve work processes.
Key Responsibilities Â Assist Facility Management / Environmental team with tactical planning for the teamâs goals and objectives Â Provide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requested Â Manage and maintain small facility management tasks as assigned Â Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL Â Provide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directed Â Assist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activities Â Provide general overall facility / environmental management services including continuous monitoring of office / facility Â Ensure appropriate follow up with customers Â Provide direction / information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination / execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption Â Properly and effectively administer and maintain all security systems Â Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting Â Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances
