Use standard tools and processes effectively to manage Identity & Access Management for Portals & Applications.

  • Manage requests coming to the Functional Mailboxes by registering requests in our case management tool Service NOW
  • Solve Access Management requests such as Creation & Modification of users to different Portals & Applications adhering to the defined processes
  • Actively engage with peers, leads, Subject Matter Experts, to resolve any gaps.
  • Review & Follow-up on the status of active requests & ensure resolution of requests by having an ownership mindset
  • Accurate and timely reporting of progress, escalations and report status to the team leader.
  • Generate reports if necessary.
  • Work experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years

    Minimum 1 to 3 years

    Education : Any Bachelor’s Degree

    Technical competencies :

  • Experience in MS office is must
  • Experience in working with Identity & Access management processes and tools
  • Experience in working with Ticketing systems such as Service NOW
