Writing & posting job descriptions

Source & screen potential candidates from online platforms, job portals, reference networking

Coordinating with key stakeholders for interview scheduling

Stakeholder management

Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

Job Requirements :

3 7 years of IT hiring experience.

Proven expertise as a Technical Recruiter

Technical expertise in understanding IT roles & various Technology skill sets.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Excellent verbal, spoken & written communication skills
