Role : You will be responsible for design and development of medical devices in the area of medical imagining, bio-signal processing and non-invasive diagnostics.
You will collaborate by leading multidisciplinary teams from microelectronics, embedded, mechanical and clinical fraternity to ground up conceptualize and build these products using innovative technologies and next-gen connected solutions.
Lead end-to-end product development collaborating with engineering functions
Lead in developing connected health architectures (edge to cloud deployments)
Provide technically sound recommendations for cost, performance, reliability, security and operational efficiency of the product and implement them
Collaborate with Medical practitioners by understanding clinical challenges and support in developing technology enabled solutions to address them
Collaborate with various functions like Product Strategy, Clinical Practitioners, Sales and Marketing team to arrive at the best market and customer fit offerings
Provide thought leadership around the use of industry standard tools and models by leveraging experience and current industry trends.
Must Have :
Core technologist with strong problem solving and thinking skills
Good interpersonal communication with ability to collaborate with Business Leaders, Data scientist, Data Engineers, Functional teams, Vendors and Information Technology teams
Knowledge of relevant connectivity technologies, tools and frameworks - AWS, Azure
Bachelors / Masters / PhD in Bio-Medical / Medical-Electronics engineering
10-12 years of professional work experience with demonstrated credentials in the field of medical device development topics.
Hands-On experiences in AI / ML development, platforms, Deep Learning, ML Operations in distributed environments. Knowledge of pure / applied math, frameworks such as TensorFlow and CAFFE, techniques such as random forest and neural networks.
Deadline driven, self-motivated and result-oriented
Experiences working in Digital pathology, medical imaging, non-invasive techniques
Intellectual Property (IP) filings and Publications (first-authored, peer-reviewed publications) in leading scientific journals
