Description GSPANN is hiring an Associate Director for the Talent Acquisition (TA) / Recruitment team with significant experience in executive search and succession planning requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Attract and hire the right talent within the defined parameters on time, cost, and quality for all ROW (right-of-way) positions to ensure the achievement of Business Objectives.
  • Work closely with the Business Leaders, Senior Director of TA, the TA team, and Hiring Managers for forecasting, planning, and executing Talent Acquisition strategies.
  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Ensure that the TA team delivers quality services as per SLAs / TATs and elevates stakeholder and candidate experience.
  • Create a conducive open environment for better performance among team members to create / build positive work culture.
  • Think several steps ahead, develop contingency plans, and adjust when needed.
  • Skills and Experience

  • 9 - 12 years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience working in a high-growth technology / testing-based organization.
  • Expertise in managing the hirings for QE or testing teams.
  • A good listener, balanced with the ability to push back and challenge constructively.
  • Prior experience working with multiple global hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
  • Creatively source and hire talent in a geographically dispersed organization.
  • Must have exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
  • Pay attention to every detail, should be organized, have an ability to handle multiple tasks, and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Must have strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to influence hiring managers to make the right hiring decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates.
  • Proven track record of effective partnership with department managers and leaders.
