Job Description

Design and Development of mechanical Components and sub-assemblies for BT-VS products (video cameras)

Perform design study and calculations for various design features and interfacing parts.

Conduct FEA simulation for shock, Impact and Eigen frequency.

Manufacturing drawing creation including SAP-documentation and creating assembly Instruction

Applying GD&T and Tolerance calculations on component and assembly level

Interaction with Assembly, Optics and Supplier to achieve optimal design and manufacturability.

Creation and Maintain BOMs & Release of the work product in SAP.

Creation of inspection templates and creation of Reports using GOM inspect for out of tool parts

Qualifications

B.E / B.TECH in Mechanical Engineering
