About the position

The HR People Analytics Consultant will be responsible for managing the HR reporting and analytics needs across a number of HR Domains (Talent, Learning, Leadership, Performance & Rewards, CLP), with end users and stakeholders being the Human Resources Senior Vice President(s), as well as their teams for these domains.

The successful candidate will help drive the evolution of the Analytics function and support the digital transformation of the HR organization, focusing on insights, visualization and efficiency as main deliverables and critical success factors.

As the HR People Analytics Consultant, you will be responsible for :

  • Engaging and providing expert level consulting and leadership in identifying and supporting the HR Domain's reporting and analytics needs
  • Create and drive the People Analytics Roadmap for each Domain in alignment with the Domain stakeholders and the People Analytics Global Roadmap -Providing the required data and strategic analysis for better data-driven decisions
  • Consult on HR transformational designs & projects with Senior HR Domain leaders
  • Manage intake requirements for People Analytics Products
  • New or enhancements to current offer (for the domain)
  • Promote and participate in Training & Adoption sessions of People Analytics Products & insights across the Domains
  • Participate as a team member on Global People Analytics Projects & Use Cases
  • Support on campaign-based reporting for each Domain, working closely with the People Analytics reporting hub to facilitate the needs
  • KPI Management for Domains following the KPI Glossary model for P team & BPO / BPD
  • Ad hoc reporting / analytics as needed for the Domains when necessary, and when it makes sense
  • Experience :

  • 5+ years analytics consulting experience within a multinational environment
  • Experience consulting with senior leaders and a proven track record of delivering value through data automation, visualization and insights
  • Business acumen for consulting
  • Experience prioritizing projects & tasks in line with 'effort vs. value', and managing stakeholder expectations closely
  • Experience with Analytics Technology such as Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Qlik, Power BI
  • Experience with HRIS data platforms & technologies such as Oracle, SQL
  • Knowledge of statistical & machine learning techniques and concepts
  • Strong influencing / convincing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Team player with a global mindset and a passion to standardize and simplify
  • Ability to work with & manage highly sensitive and confidential data
  • Education :

    Bachelor’s degree qualified, preferred in either Computer Sciences, Business Management, Project Management, Analytics & Data Science, Leadership, or HR
