Autonomous Cloud Sales Representative - West-19000L32
Sells Autonomous DW Cloud (ADW) services or subset of Oracle Techcloud services to Field Named / Key accounts
Focus on Volume Cloud deals - initial deals are targeted to US$20k- US$30k including Oracle Consulting services bundle to get their customer upand running with their first data mart and give them the right experience.
Should be a self-starter, handled green field account, find newcustomer, handled several cold calls and run campaign on his / her own.
Also hasthe ability to sell to line of business in their accounts across variousbusiness functions
Works to achieve maximum volume deals, growth, and accountpenetration within an assigned territory. Territory may be combination ofgeographic, product, industry and other customer / market dimensions.
Manages accounts throughout the entire sales process, andcollaborates with team members in CPR, Consulting, CSM, support etc.
touncover all customer needs.
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify / driveproduct expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Identify cloud expansion / up-sell opportunities.
Develop long term partnership with their set of customers to ensurethey remain successful by realizing the full value of their cloud investmentwith us to ensure client continues / replenish / renews contract with Oracle.
Responsible for understanding Oracle's Tech cloud offerings andcompetition to develop quick wins focused on ADW or other tech cloud services.
Proactive with attitude to change. Ability to learn quickly andsupport the Cloud Adoption team in strategic consulting projects.
Highly developed selling, customer relations, and focused on volumesales. Successful sales track record and a proven performer with more than 90%of sales attainment over 6 to 8 quarters.
Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge ofOracle's competitors. Has the ability to interact with C -level stakeholders.Be a Team player.
Demonstrate ability to penetrate accounts and meet withstakeholders within accounts. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonalskills.
Good Presentation skills. Travel to customer as needed. 8+ years relevantsales experience. BS / BA degree or equivalent preferred.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a large number of named accounts / non-named accounts / geographical territory (mainly Tier 3 accounts).
Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities.
Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-
sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience including technology sales experience.
Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business. Business development, prospecting and presentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability. Proven track record of exceeding sales objective and territory / account development.
Experience as the focal point for clients for all sales and related issues. Oracle knowledge and / or knowledge of Oracle*s competitors.
Travel may be needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
