This position is responsible for driving the Trade marketing function for the FMCG business, in Modern Trade. Deliverables of this role are to build brand preference for the brands in the shoppers mind.
Key areas of work will include enhancing trade spend ROI, driving In-store sales & Campaign Management. The incumbent would be the key person for enabling and driving the sales culture in Modern Trade.
This position will work very closely with the Trade Marketing Team and other functional stakeholders while planning and executing the channel strategy blue print.

Develop a sustainable system to capture and share key market / channel insights. This requires collaborative working with internal team and stakeholders.
Also need to setup required back-end to make it a seamless and timely process. Conduct need gap analysis for all building blocks, develop and execute programs with a robust review, measure for effectiveness and feedback mechanism.
Partner Relationships :
Development & management of strong Client relationships to deliver high quality service / product and value added initiatives.
This requires a sound ability to develop close working relationships with internal clients and external partners to ensure agreed service levels are met or exceeded, also to drive efficiencies, develop new ways of working and encourage innovation.
Driving Sales : Managing the team of promoters and merchandisers and area managers to drive the sales through retail channels
