YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
To increase project commercialization rate for the nutrition business by providing solutions & prototyping for dairy, beverage, nutritional beverage and other applications.
To be accountable of assigned projects, updating project information and reporting.
Provide support, application & product training to commercial team and customers.
Assist the application manager in managing customer / supplier to the visit for projects / trials. Providing quality assurance documents when required.
Regular travelling will be required.
Ensure that the application & development centre is in compliance with the regional safety & GMP standards. Participation in regional audits.
Provide document support for formulated products.
To be proactive in working with the commercial & Marketing Innovation team to identify key trends / opportunities for new concepts / solutions / applications base on current & new suppliers.
YOUR PROFILE
6 to 8 years experience in application development / R&D formulation development with a reputable food ingredient organization
BSc / MSc / B. Tech / M. Tech in food technology from a reputed college / university
Certification in ISO / FSSAI / HACCP preferred
