Responsible for identifying customer impact, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving customer tickets across the OMS products
Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
Work closely across OMS teams to provide solution, temporary workaround, fixes, and escalate issues for permanent resolutions
Owner for customer issues and escalations. Work with Incident Management folks for immediate resolutions
Lead Customer support team by providing technical assistance and review products to bring offshore team to the speed.
Excellent Problem Solving skills, excellent command over Oral and written communication, and should be flexible and adaptable to work in shifts.
Ensure all issues are properly logged / documented and escalated internally.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to internal and external customers.
Maintain RCA actions to make sure tasks properly assigned and track them for completion
Technical Skills :
5 to 7 years experience with Java / J2EE, Hibernate, Spring / JSF / Angular JS.
5 to 7 years experience with BPEL , Tomcat and Apache server.
5 years experience with automation tools such as chef or Jenkins.
3 to 5 years experience with scripting skills in Perl, Unix Shell Scripting and Windows batch scripting
7 plus years experience with Database driven applications ORACLE / MySQL.
Good written and Oral Communication and Presentation skills.
Good at problem solving and attitude to resolve issues.
Good at debugging skills
