Tech EEE Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate Visiting of site, Collecting requirements and Design according to requirement.
Responsible for over-all sales and growth of the company. Meet electrical engineers, consultants and bring in sales. Responsible for managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organizations presence Should be able to handle potential clients when on field as the first in command.
Business Development from new and existing clients. Analysis of each enquiry to ensure they meet desired profile. Responsible for holding promotional activities Should be able to reach the given targets and work under pressure Develop and implement Sales Plans to target, penetrate, qualify, define, propose, close and contract new business revenue for the company.
Involve in the complete business cycle of development and marketing, required to handle opportunity sourcing to negotiating and deal closing.
Support the pre-sales activities Quote prices, prepare proposals. Additional skill sets A solid Technical background, Sound judgement and good business sense, Team working ability, ability to build relationships with clients quickly, Good communication skills & Analytical and problem-solving skills.
