What this role is about : We are looking for Graphic / Visual Designers who thrive in ideating and bringing a concept to life using a combination of design first-principles and creative flair.

The graphic designer will work with our in-house copy and content team to create engagement across social media and emails / newsletters.

He / She will also work with the creative agency on all marketing campaigns and work with freelancers on illustrations, video editing and animation.

What are we looking for :

  • A strong command over design basics as it relates to different marketing channels - thought leadership on what will work where
  • Passion for pushing the boundaries, trying new things, bringing new ideas to life
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative but fast, changing and ambiguous environment.
  • Understands the consumer through past experiences, research, and market data and ensures laser focus on the consumer while designing any marketing collateral
  • Spark that separates you from the rest.
  • Ability to think out of the box and on your feet.
  • Strong business acumen - is able to evaluate a collateral not only on aesthetics but also on impact
  • You should apply if :

  • You have 2-8 years of design experience with at least 2+ years in B2C mobile-led businesses
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe suite)
  • You have experience with, or knowledge of a wide spectrum of marketing channels - Facebook & Instagram ads and engagement posts, GDNs, emailers, notifications, flyers, inserts, packaging, etc.
  • You have an opinion on art direction and tonality, and can contribute effectively to building and socialising the brand’s visual language with external and internal teams
  • You have led or been part of the video production process, and can give end-to-end direction on animated and footage-led videos
  • You are well connected in the creative community, and will be able to pull in freelancers on video editing, illustration, animation, printing, etc.

  • You envision how people experience products and marketing and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical
  • You will anticipate what our users want to see, advocate for them and ensure that the final collateral surprises and delights them
  • You have the spark that separates you from the crowd and an ability to think out ofthe box and on your feet
  • You're passionate about sharing your knowledge and have mentored other designers
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, believe in first principles and have the skill to transform broad ideas into action plans
  • You have empathy towards users and colleagues, are creative and excited by ideating / building
  • You have business acumen to appreciate and understand levers for business growth and profitability
  • You seek high ownership, independent environments and feedback oriented cultures
  • Selection process logistics & timeslines : Once we have your application, our talent team will review and reach out if we find the profile / portfolio suited for the current requirements.

    Here’s what you can expect as the next steps : - Take home graphic / visual work assignment. This one is a mandatory step in the assessment process.

    Typically, this would take about a day or two.- Once we have received your assignment and if the reviewing team shortlists the same for further rounds, expect to have at least 3 rounds of discussions with the Marketing, Design and Leadership team.

    Expect the interview discussions to assess your articulation & communication, general aptitude, attitude and a team fitment Timelines : In the last year, we have seen that the entire process takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks including the time for assignment.

    We will keep you posted on the process at every step of the way.We are currently functioning remote and can work from anywhere.

    We will continue to be remote till it is safe for everyone to return to work & we fully reopen our office in Bangalore.
