POSITION TITLE (ENGLISH) : Project Coordinator- Lead

REPORTING TO : Sumitha Arun

REPORTING LOCATION : Bangalore

WORKING LOCATION : Bangalore

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES :

  • You will have the ability to take initiative, learn quickly on the job and deal with issues as they arise in a high-pressure environment.
  • You will be an upbeat, enthusiastic person, passionate about joining the cyber security industry, ideally with a few years of relevant experience under your belt.
  • You will be joining a global PMO team who will support your development towards Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • You must be a UK citizen, a citizen of a full member EU state that has been resident in the UK, or eligible for a visa to work in the UK.
  • Due to the nature of some of our work and exposure to sensitive information, you will be required to complete security vetting to SC level.
  • POSITION & OBJECTIVES :

  • You will be an important member of our Project Management Office, which plays an integral role in our service delivery model, ensuring that projects meet client requirements, are delivered on time and on budget, and meet our high standards for quality.
  • You will deal directly with our clients, maintaining all upcoming and in-flight projects, as well as ensuring that actions and communications are handled in a consistent manner.
  • You should be prepared to handle potential and actual issues that may impact projects and their timing.

  • You will also work closely with all aspects of the business, including delivery teams, the sales and marketing function and management to coordinate information and activity, and collect metrics
  • You will play a key part in contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes.

    Key responsibilities :

  • Participation in managing a portfolio of concurrent projects, with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the UK and overseas.
  • Act as primary point of contact externally and point of escalation internally during delivery.
  • Create and update project plans, project related documents and records, escalate issues in line with process
  • Plan and allocate internal and external resource in line with skills and availability
  • QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

    8-12 Years in Project Co-ordination.

    Critical thinking and problem-solving

    Excellent decision-making capabilities

    Solid organisational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking.

    Conflict resolution experience

    Strong oral and written communication skills
