Strong understanding of Service Max platform and Service Business Process

Must have experience in Service Max Implementation / Extension development

Must have experience in Service Max Mobile-i-Pad implementation and support

Must have experience in atleast one Service Max Implementation and Support project

Good Technical understanding of Lightning

Good technical understanding Force.com, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities and other cloud based experience will be treated as an advantage

Design, develop, test, and document scalable, high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform

Recommend alternate approaches, analyse impacts, and provide sizing estimates; review deliverables for accuracy and quality

Good understanding of Salesforce Design and Development best Practices, Apex design parameters, Governor limits, Shared platform best practices

Serve as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technology solutions to meet clients’ business needs

Perform project tasks independently, and may direct the efforts of others

Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

Manage own personal and professional development, seeking opportunities for expansion of consulting skills and experiences

Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II will be treated as an advantage.

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude while working directly with customer

Excellent requirement gathering and design skill
