Responsible for acquisition of clients, cross sell, generating revenue etc. from the given segment
Deliver the set productivity benchmark of accounts, Salary accounts, cross sell of multiple products at point of sale etc on monthly basis.
Conduct employee engagement activities that would help in stronger bond with the corporate and bulk sourcing from time to time.
Job Duties & responsibilities
Key responsibility is to acquire clients from empanelled corporates and cross sell banking products to generate revenue
Have client centric approach while engaging with the clients.
Have close understanding of multiple products and cross sell those to generate max revenue from the target segment
Have good understanding of the tech solutions and functioning of app etc to help the client onboard and transact without any issues.
Develop strong relationship with local Point of Contact of all large accounts and local accounts
1-3 years of relevant experience
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Graduate (mandatory), MBA / PG (desirable)
Good Communication & listening skill
