Roles & Responsibilities

1.Acquisition of new clients by cold calling, industry references, market research, etc.

2.Meeting the HR representatives and Hiring Managers of companies.

3.Preparing and giving presentation to prospective clients.

4.Managing existing clients in the capacity of account manager.

5.Account mapping by identifying opportunities with existing clients.

6.Negotiate the terms and conditions with the clients.

7.Regular Meetings and Interaction with the Hiring Managers to understand their short term and long term plans and also as a rapport building exercise.

8.Assessment services for talent acquisition, management and maintenance.

9.Understanding the needs of the corporate and institutions and offer services accordingly.

10.Selling of standardised and customised services specific to the requirements of the clients.

11.Strategy formulation and execution for marketing, branding and awareness among the target group.

12.Corporate Presentation & Key account management.

13.Ensuring that highest service standards are maintained for servicing of clients at the minimum TAT.

14.Coordination with the delivery team for smooth running of business processes.

15.Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.

16.Planning operational and sales activities in advance for smooth process flow.

17.Negotiating price and credit terms with the customers.

18.Act as one point contact for the candidate and the company throughout full business cycle.

19.Market mapping and forecast sales appropriately.
