We are seeking a strong candidate with experience in Project Management, Change Management and Communications.

You will be part of the Program, Change & Marketing Management team.

The role will focus on supporting internal (not client-facing) project management, change management and / or Go-To-Market (GTM) communications agendas for firm-wide initiatives impacting Global Speciality Business and the BCG Consulting Staff.

The individual must have experience and passion to support the design, development and implementation of innovative, creative engagements and communications solutions for some of BCG’s largest and most complex change initiatives.

She / he will support the thoughtful planning and engagement for a broad array of stakeholders, assist in developing comprehensive project, change and communications plans and stakeholder maps for key initiatives.


Change Management, Marketing Strategy, and Communications

Supporting the development and execution of an effective change management strategy based on in- depth research (change impact and risk assessments) of the need for change and the groups being impacted by the change

Supporting the creation and execution of Go-To-Market plan for key business lines by understanding the target audiences

Developing of appropriate stakeholder / audience maps for the above

Developing Enablement approaches and materials, aligned to the overall strategy for marketing / change management, and designed to support adoption

Planning, monitoring performance and adapting actions to meet the agreed success metrics for the project

Drafting and designing articulate, concise and visual messages to execute the change / marketing strategy and for communication from Knowledge BCG leadership, in close collaboration with Lead for the project

Helping to translate business rationale (e.g., slides, data from potentially disparate inputs) to a compelling story in various media forms (such as video, reference materials, PPT etc.)

Utilizing and finding various channels to communicate with our target audience

Measuring the success of campaigns and initiatives

Program Management

Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules / delivery timelines, resourcing, work hours, budgets, and expenditures

Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings and workshops

Documenting meeting minutes and following up on important actions / decisions from meetings

Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings

Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project

Assessing project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable


A flexible, adaptive and creative mindset and strong business intuition; able to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions

True collaborator capable of managing more than one stakeholder

Self-starter who develops understanding of BCG organization, forms a local support network and requires minimal handholding

Adopting the end users’ perspectives and bringing that lens to the table

Adept at working in complex matrix and virtual teams spread-out across time zones

Learning new skills and capabilities, e.g., products, technology platforms

Staying abreast with the latest trends in communications and support efforts to identify modern and energizing tools / vehicles to communicate

Accuracy and strong attention to detail


University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement

3 - 5 years of experience in professional services or project management or change management or marketing communications role

Excellent verbal and written communication. Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking)

Project Management, Change Management or Communications professional certification are a plus

Experience in Marketing tools such as SFMC, Marketo for email marketing and Adobe Creative Cloud are a plus

Experience with knowledge and collaboration tools e.g., Egnyte, Trello, Slack, Office 365 suite including leveraging collaboration tools to gamify user experience are a plus

Experience in defining, measuring, assessing, and improving KPIs associated with communications


You will report to the leader of the Program, Change & Marketing Management team, and liaise closely with the GTM, Change and Communications team across Knowledge BCG, BCG Design Studios and other Global Specialty Businesses.

The Program, Change & Marketing Management team (within Knowledge & Collaboration Solutions) is committed to delivering strategic & organizational change and Go-to-market support expertise to high profile firm-wide projects across GSB.

This includes but is not limited to driving initiatives centred on the need for a cultural, behavioural, or operational change to optimize BCG’s performance or marketing new solutions for adoption by the consulting cohort.

This team provides expertise in Program Management, Change Management, Marketing and is also responsible for internal and executive Communications for the leadership of the Knowledge BCG and BCG Design Studios functions.


Knowledge & Collaboration Solutions team members are the gatekeepers to both internal and external knowledge at BCG. We deliver end-to-end content lifecycle as well as enable unparalleled collaboration across BCG and its clients.

We create opportunities for BCGers to increase productivity, efficiency and connectivity by delivering a suite of knowledge and collaboration tools and leverage digital product management, data science and analytics to do so.

KT is a group of experts within respective fields or areas providing industry, functional and geographic expertise to consulting teams.

KT members are aligned to Practice Areas, sometimes serving as members of case or project teams. KT offers insight into a topic or function derived from BCG’s knowledge base and case / project experience.

The members of our DRS team work alongside consulting team colleagues to bring advanced research capabilities to support projects and clients.

KCS team is a cross-functional team equipping BCGers with internal and external knowledge resources and digital collaboration tools, enabling them to work smarter and with increased productivity
