Design and implement new innovative methods of product promotion methods. Monitor the competitor activities periodically with information to HO.
Suggest introduction of new products as per the market needs. Monitor regularly the secondary sales / stock liquidation especially for priority products from dealer shop to the farmers.
2. Market Development Identifying and penetrating the new markets. Identifying new crops in the assigned territory. 3. Liaison Manage the Pyramid of Influence at the districts level Regional agriculture universities.

Ensuring compliance with Government regulations for the products launched in your respective territory. Maintain contacts with the right people to have firsthand information on the release of the tenders.
4. Administrative activities Promotional Budget expenses for the year and maintaining records periodically. Maintain vehicle running record in the prescribed log book.
