  • Assist with the support aspects of the Ameriprise Learning Management System (Ameriprise University). Troubleshooting end-user issues, configuring courses, responding to escalated emails and phone calls, processing enrollments into various courses and contributing to team procedures.
  • Assist with the support aspects of the Ameriprise Learning Management System (Ameriprise University). Troubleshooting end-user issues, configuring courses, responding to escalated emails and phone calls, processing enrollments into various courses and contributing to team procedures.
  • Assist with small to medium size projects related to the support aspects
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Perform work meeting established SLAs and quality standards
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Assist in the identification of trends based on end-user issues
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with training teams across Ameriprise
  • Research user issues by creating reports in Learning Management System
  • Between 1 - 2 years of experience working with learning management systems
  • Should have working knowledge of configuring courses on a learning management system
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects
  • Creative thinking and problem solving
  • Should be a team player and must possess strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently on changing priorities

  • Strong dedication to client service
  • Experience working on an international team
  • Basic knowledge of eLearning design software, HTML and database management a plus
  • Experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System (preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / MCA (preferred)
