This role is of Relationship manager through Banking Channel. Geojit has partnership with various banks like Oriental commerce bank, South Indian bank, Andhra bank, Coorporation bank and other banks who do not deal in securities and mutual funds.
These banks get clients who are keen to open Dmat accounts and trade in equity and mutual funds. These clients are referred to the relationship manager who explains then the features and get the forms filled to open DMAT accounts
Profiling Customers and suggesting financial products to meet customer needs as per their risk appetite
Ensuring the highest levels of service to the clients
Responsible for activation of trading account of clients, assisting new entrants in the equity market to understand the dynamics of market
Responsible for cross selling products like Equity, Insurance, Mutual funds, PMS , SIPs etc to the existing set of customers
Skills, Qualifications &Experience
Good communication skills
Graduate with NCFM / NISM Certification 5 (Mutual Fund) is preferred but not mandatory
Experience - 1- 4 years in capital markets preferably with brokerage firms.
