Roles and Responsibility :
CyberArk support-Checking and possible, addressing incidents (e.g. password change failures).
CyberArk configuration management to Resolve issues escalated by PAM security technician.
CyberArk advanced support and integration
Resolve more complex issues and work with vendor support.
Works with project and BAU resources to meet demands for new capabilities.
Accountable for the availability and operational integrity of the PAM service.
Review of policy and other exception logs (password update / synch issues)
Verifying Alerts, Notifications, Monitoring reports are recording and going out properly
Performance and capacity checks
Changes to global settings e.g. Platforms / Configuration options like how sessions are launched
Desired Qualification : Bachelor's in engineering and technology and Certification on Level 2 CyberArk
Desired Experience Profile :
Expert level understanding of privileged user management concepts and processes
Expert level and experience in deployment, configuration, integration and troubleshooting CyberArk Privileged Account Security (PAS) product suite (Enterprise Password Vault, Password Vault Web Access, Central Policy Manager, Privileged Session Manager, Application Identity Manager, Privileged Threat Analytics)
Familiarity with PAM solution and documented Operation Procedures.
PAM solution knowledge to investigate issues outside of documented support procedures, resolve complex issues and advise on future project work and conduct configuration changes in PAM.
Experience managing a high-profile service (ideally PAM).
