    Purpose of Job

    Corporate Client Coverage Role to enable direct sourcing of credit deals across sectors with specific coverage for Corporate Finance Group (CFG) and Emerging Corporate Lending (ECL).

    This role will be responsible for originating transactions across various sector for :

  • Structured / Mezzanine debt
  • Underwriting and syndicating long term financing
  • Acquisition Financing
  • Senior secured lending
  • Key stakeholders External Internal Corporate Clients

    CFG + ECL + Real Estate (RE) + Partner Functions + Senior Management

  • Coverage of corporate relationships with an objective of originating transactions and syndication opportunities for the wholesale lending business
  • Working on entire deal life cycle
