Tracking of Facility Operating Expenses

  • Housekeeping Having hands on experience on housekeeping, event management
  • ensure the facility is maintained at acceptable standards at all times.

    Reports on time

    Accurate billing and invoicing

    Vendor Management end to end vendor management like attendance, invoice approvals, training,

    Compliance ensure 100% adherence to all compliance with respect to all labour compliances

    Inventory and store management ensure all required consumables / spares required are maintained at all times at site.

    Maintain cordially relationship with peers and BU’s

    Assist in generating Portfolio Finance Reports

    Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits

    Pest control ensure pest control activity is carried out and ensure pest free facility

    Maintain the required MIS report and inventories of all consumables

    Maintain cordial relationship with peer / employees

    Work closely with Engg team

    Ensure 100% cleaning in all critical rooms - to work with Engineering team closely on this

    Coordination and managing the F&B vendor

    Fair knowledge on food and beverages, able to understand the requirement from internal clients / BU’s Processing of all F&B related invoice, maintaining of MIS

    Handling of all event and coordination with external vendors


  • Bachelor / Full Time Diploma in Hotel Management, BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, BMS or allied graduation degrees from a recognized university or college.
  • At least 3 5 years of experience in Facilities Management
