As a HR Resource Planning Manager, you will act as a strong support to the Global CSO HRBP team on various areas, yet very complementary HR subjects.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the business, dealing with its challenges, accompanying their transformation.
Your main missions within the team will encompass various HR areas such as :
Resource planning and workforce management
1. / Headcount Tracking and Forecast
Collaborate with managers and IBO Analytics team on various subjects like recruitment requests, approvals in line with forecasts & budgets.
Ensuring that each of the Entity Heads stay in their budget and also highlight and pre-empt any future people changes in close collaboration with Entity heads / PMO team, local HR France and International.
Build an overall picture of the monthly global headcount of CSO.
2. / PIMS approvals & processes :
Support and guide managers on the different HR process flows. Manage the approvals of all PIMS worklists, internal transfers, job code changes, management code changes, role changes, promotions and job openings.
3. / Job Codes & Organisation Structure management :
Management of existing job codes, ensure that managers use the correct codes in line with define job codes for each role.
Coordinate with the team owning Orange job code repository to create / change the appropriate code and link with Orange Catalogue.
Liaise closely with the HR systems team to add new / changes job codes to the respective entities.
Change / Create any new organization in the system and liaise with business, finance and HR systems team to get it updated in the system and approved.
4. / Support Reorganizations and perimeter changes :
Handling reorganization / any changes proactively that happen within CSO international teams, work closely with the business to understand the changes and support the implementation in our HR systems.
Ensure that the overall new organization is in place and individuals have been correctly assigned in the department trees.
5. / Participation in the Budget Cycle and Monthly Business Review preparation :
Work closely with IBO analytics team to prepare the Monthly Business Review, actual, budget and forecasted headcount thanks to analysis on the current job openings within IBO.
Prepare a full overview of forecasts taking into account the new projects and on-going activities or future projects.
6. / Ad-hoc Reports & Analytics :
Prepare any ad-hoc workforce reports or analysis as per request of global HRBP. Follow up the attrition and specific workforce analysis when required.
7. / Compensation and benefits
Out of Cycle management :
Manage the entire OOC’s proposals and requests for CSO. Interact with Central Compensation and Benefits team, Local HR, HRBP and managers to gather the justification of proposed OOC’s.
Ensure benchmarking is well coordinated. Accordingly approve the final OOC % granted in the system.
Provide a monthly OOC Dashboard to all CSO HRBP, providing updates and tracking of the OOC budget consumption.
Bonus & performance management :
Work as a key HRBP support on the overall bonus allocation process every semester for the entire CSO international perimeter, follow-
up with Entities the input of appropriate ratings and bonus payouts for their respective direct reports. Ensure timely communication on bonus process guidelines to the CSO HRBP.
Prepare communication to managers at the end of the cycle.
8. / Global HR projects :
Be involved in different transversal projects as a contributor or a consultant such as location strategy, transformation project, HR Information system evolution, and Skills management programs.

Qualifications / experience :
Graduate level education (preferrably a Master degree)
First HR or Operational experience supporting a Business unit of advantage
Ability to work as part of an HR team (community) on a transversal basis within the function(s) supported.
Ability to operate in and adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment
Knowledge in transformation projects (from a data analysis perspective)
Ability to prioritise and plan accordingly
Monitor and control administrative issues relating to all aspects of this function
First experience in Project management skills
Expert in Excel usage
Skills in Financial Business Analysis of advantage
Open minded, eager and motivated to learn
Teamplayer, customer service oriented
Strong communication skills
Very good written communication skils with the ability to communicate effectively
Experienced in being managed remotely
