This position covers all the responsibilities related to the functions of Contract Management across the Support Services (i.
e. all except Enterprise Services client) portfolio.
The tasks include the quality assurance and enrichment of contract data to enable accurate and efficient loading into the contract management system.
The data loaded drives the billing for Dimension Data’s clients.
Load contract data Daily. Includes new business and renewals. Creation / linking of contract master data in Siebel at the asset level, for e.
g. assets and locations. Create a financial plan and add billing start and end dates to each asset. Finalise and create invoices and credit notes Daily.
Includes annual in advance, full term upfront and periodical billings. Run Siebel simulation report for AU Management to approve (SOX compliance).
Invoice integrity to ensure prompt customer payment. Generate the invoice attachment (referred to as the line report). Send the invoice based on client requirements, i.
e. sent to client directly, sent to Service Delivery Manager or Client Manager for presentation to client or internally addressed for sales to proforma.
Manage the closure of all order SR's (including activities). Update SR number in SharePoint and SAP when billed. First point of internal contact if there is an issue with the billing document.
Create welcome packs for new clients. Respond to Service confirmations from GDC As required. Raised by GDC when an asset is not on a client’s contract.
Support Services to advise if the client’s contract data is Work in Progress. Advise GDC of device monitoring status As required.
Raise a SVR in ITSM to deploy and / or cancel assets that are monitored.
