What you’ll be doing As a Human Capital Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Lead you’ll support assigned business units and leaders to strategically address talent management needs.
You’ll develop and implement human capital and full lifecycle talent acquisition initiatives in support of key business goals and strategies, proactively identify human resource initiatives that will substantially enhance bottom line results and improve employee related gross margins;
and over time, establish yourself as an indispensable member of the leadership team.
Develop a "Trusted Advisor" relationship with key leaders at multiple levels.
Partner with and leverage COE teams across human capital, payroll, and legal.
Leverage reporting and data to drive analytics to better understand talent aligned to business results.
Participate in leadership meetings and drive the talent agenda.
Manage the full recruitment cycle for complex hires across a variety of functional groups including technology, management consulting, data analytics, etc.
Execute effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, our team and other relevant passive recruitment methods
Actively utilize all recruitment channels to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each role to consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidate
Develop a thorough understanding of TTEC, our value proposition, and internally how we deliver on that proposition to clients
Lead candidates through the recruiting process and ensure a fair, timely, and transparent candidate experience that promotes sustained connectivity and continued relationship building and management
Manage data integrity within applicant tracking system, ensuring timely entry and visibility of recruitment activity within ATS / CRM technologies
Serve as a true talent partner and trusted advisor to the business’ key leaders, and foster a relationship built on successes and functional knowledge
What you’ll need to be successful
Strong understanding of TTEC’s business, core values, and goals
Minimum of 8 years of related HR and talent acquisition experience
Strong knowledge in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, etc.)
Proven ability to build relationships of trust with leadership (Vice President and Director level)
Ability to influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes
Strong communication skills
Ability to coach people leaders
Working knowledge of HRIS systems, talent strategies, TR philosophies, TA approaches
Passion for customer engagement
Plus to have experience in consulting, technology and professional services
