Deliverables ·Revenue and Traffic for CRM Channel on the business vertical (Luxury / Indiluxe)·Channel Planning : Visits, New Launches, recurring sales reviews & other business initiatives·Driving key sales projects on Major focus categories drive new launches in the category for awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
Hands-on operations experience on CRM Tool (CleverTap) will be an added advantage.·Monitor delivery management and performance of communications sent via various CRM marketing channels such as Push Notifications, Email, In-App, SMS & other·Develop process improvement strategy on Daily CRM planning input sheet and built processes to allow balanced campaign visibilities across multiple sub-categories.

Enhance the skills of the team and bring the latest CRM practices on-board to improve the campaigns performance Essential Attributes : ·Hands-on experience on Sales planning and Operations for CRM / Relevant Digital Marketing channelsCapability to manage multiple campaigns across Email, App & web Notifications and SMS·Data driven, analytical and structured in problem-solving.
Should have sound knowledge of data cohorts and insight mining through data analysis·Self-driven, ambitious, and capable of delivering in high-pressure environment.
Should know : Email Marketing (Kenscio, Mail chimp, Sendgrid etc.) App & web re-engagements platforms : CleverTap, Web Engage, etc.
Desirable Attributes : ·Hands-on experience on CleverTap or any comparable CRM Tool·E-Retail / E-Commerce Sales experience·Hands-on experience on Tableau, Omniture, SQL, Redshift etc.
