You will work as a Lead Consulting (South), reporting into the Zonal / Business LEAD - SOUTH.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

Provide superior client service

  • Understand client needs in the respective consulting Property and Assets Management assignment, recommend appropriate solutions by creating detail scope of work, frame execution plan, working out commercial proposals, executing and delivering the complete assignment.
  • Achieve an average target of >
  • 85% on Client Satisfaction (Agree KPI ) for all consulting assignments in the South region.

  • Ensure regular structure reviews are done with clients and report is shared with HO.
  • Ensure Consulting assignments are completed within the time lines.
  • Contribute to growth of company

  • Achieve revenue target for consultancy business.
  • Generating new consulting business lead.
  • Focus on new assignment through existing clients and organic growth of revenue
  • Take the ownership of your respective P&L of your accounts.
  • Build the platform for PAM through consulting assignments
  • Ensure the quality delivery and ensure on time collections
  • Meet assigned financial targets

  • Receivables : Manage Accounts Receivable to meet internal targets. Reduce the collection cycle to 45 days.
  • Ensure timely billing for all the assignments, ensure no deductions by clients to achieve planned revenue
  • Ensure nil bad debt impact to P & L
  • Advise HO team to reduce the cost and find new business avenues to increase the overall revenue

    Education and experience

    Qualification : Masters Electrical / Mechanical

    Experience : 10 -14 years in real estate (Operations, Technical operations , budgeting, P&L head.

    Must have played the role of Internal Auditor with excellent written and spoken communication skills. Proficient with computer skills and mobile in nature.

    An eye for detail

    You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables.

    Great organisational skills

    Being Analytical and Meticulous

  • Good communication skills
  • Team player and a Go getter
  • Innovative and out of the box thinker
  • Proficient in computer skills (MS Word / Excel / Power point)
  • You will have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or clients changing requirements.
