Job Summary :

  • Minimum 2-7 years of experience in architecting contact center as a service model with Amazon Connect and auxiliary AWS services
  • Experience in participating in AWS Cloud transformation initiatives for mid to large scale organizations
  • Proven ability towards assisting business in creating cloud operating model, Customer experience design, Cloud business case, Customer journey mapping etc
  • Working Knowledge of cognitive service such as Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Google Dialog Flow, Twilio Flex etc
  • Working Knowledge of AWS AI and ML services relevant to contact center
  • Working Knowledge of creating AWS landing zones, Control towers and Devops services
  • Good to have AWS Solution Architect associate certification
  • Delivery workstream :

  • Minimum 2-7 years of strong hand-on experience with AWS customer management related services.
  • Strong Hands on experience with Amazon Connect Amazon’s Contact Centre offering
  • Hands on experience with any of cognitive service such as Amazon Lex, IBM Watson, Google Dialog Flow
  • Hands on experience with AWS Artificial Intelligent services like Transcribe, Comprehend, Kendra etc
  • Hands on experience with AWS messaging services like pinpoint, SES, SNS ectc
  • Strong hands on experience with lambda development with atleast one of the programming / scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, Java
  • Working Knowledge of creating AWS landing zones, Control towers and Devops services
  • Good to have AWS Solution Architect associate certification
  • Experience in setting up cloud instances, account / users with security profiles and designing applications
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • MBA is good to have
