Job description - Senior Software Engineer*
You will be part of a scrum team (typically 6-8 engineers with varying experience levels + product owner) and a flat hierarchy
We will love you if you work across product engineering cycle- development, UI, quality engineering, devops and infrastructure and not confine yourself to any of these in silos
As part of the scrum team, you will have full ownership of scope, estimates, timelines, quality & definition of done
Necessary skills to be successful in this role*
Fluency in computer languages. Common computer languages like C, C++ and Java.
Good knowledge of Computer science fundamentals
Good Knowledge on Data Structures & Algorithms
You will need to coordinate and negotiate with various stakeholders and drive conversations to closure for a win-win outcome
You will articulate requirements and arrive at design & solution approaches.
Champion cross-functional requirements with a keen eye on end to end thinking
Good to have skills*
Background in abstract maths, like logical reasoning and discrete maths
