Work on agile HR applications
Collaborate and work closely with teams to gather and create requirement documentation
Lead various teams to track and manage changes / enhancements.
Own maintenance of all the documents & artifact
Provide day to day support to agile teams
Build user stories, test cases, integration test cases & end user documentation
Regularly update information on JIRA

Technical Graduate / Postgraduate-BE / B Tech / MCA / MBA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skill
Prior experience of 3-5 years
Clear understanding of HR processes from recruit to retire
Demonstrated experience and understanding of jobs, positions and organization structure with legislation knowledge
Knowledge of Oracle HR applications Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Self Service
Day shift and should be flexible as per project requirement
