As a Marketing Automation Consultant on SFMC, you will be responsible in end-to-end campaign management on the Salesforce email platform.
This will primarily include gauging client requirements, analyzing feasibility, creating the needful on the platform and involved in post deployment reporting.
This will also require you to closely work with peers to ensure timely delivery of the needful, Keeping quality at utmost priority.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute customer-driven, locally oriented the end-to-end marketing strategies and programs to increase customer demand.
Collaborate with other marketing automation consultants and Solution Architects to deliver breakthrough ideas and innovation in go-to-market strategy for net-new business via all relevant mediums and channels.
Work closely with the leadership teams to align marketing programs to business and sales objectives and priorities, and ensure all the targets are met.
Improve and apply processes and best practices to ensure program success, making programs globally visible and available and measure outcomes.
Develops and shares subject matter expertise, business knowledge or best practices.
Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to gain input into the program strategy, campaign approach, creative direction and impact measurement (goals / performance).
Have the capability to orchestrate, negotiate, prioritise and manage project deliverables with other members of the marketing organisation as needed.
Responsible for timely deliverables within the team.
Cross train internal team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool and account specific processes.
Create and maintain account / client specific documentations (Operations Manual, Process documents, etc)
Identify opportunities to streamline the process through automation
Conduct A / B testing and test campaign effectiveness on SFMC.

Skills and Qualifications :
SFMC Email Specialist Certified required
SFMC Consultant Certified a bonus
Knowledge on Marketing Cloud Connect Configuration
AMPscript knowledge a bonus
Minimum 3 years working experience in marketing automation with at least 2 years of work experience on SMC.
Solid B2B marketing experience, preferably with clients in the high-tech, manufacturing, business services sectors
A strong background working with and transforming marketing data, experience integrating marketing data with CRM is a plus
Experience in another marketing automation platform (Marketo, Eloqua) is a plus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
