Proven experience working as a technologyresearcher / sourcer in a recruitment agency, RPO or a direct sourcing in-houserecruitment team
Expertise in sourcing for Global talent / international markets- US / EMEA / APAC
Direct sourcing tools and approaches such associal media, x-ray searches and industry mapping of domestic and internationalmarkets
Building insightful industry managementInformation to help drive recruitment decisions
Strong stakeholder management up to seniormanagement
Engaging with passive candidates of all levelsthroughout the recruitment process to ensure a great candidate experience
