Job Description

  • 4-6 years of experience as a consultant or an advisor in the workforce and organization-related areas
  • Familiarity with organizational processes, project management tools and change management frameworks
  • Ability to articulate business values of recommendations, plans and strategies
  • Ability to interpret data to generate insights
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business / project needs
  • Team player with a strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues (conflict resolution between stakeholders)
  • Strong Problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Provide expertise to CXOs : Support client’s leadership drive initiatives in line with the defined strategic objectives and market needs
  • Apply agile and innovative methodologies like Scrum and design-thinking to drive end-to-end transformation activities for clients
  • Prepare business updates and highlight risk / issues for the ongoing project(s)
  • Define and Measure Metrics for success and track progress
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives like drafting business proposals and thought leadership documents
  • Analyse market trends and business issues that are challenging clients across geographies and industries
