Your day to day responsibilities will include :

Prepare the Monthly Profit & Loss Account as per INDAS to ensure regular monitoring of Expenses.

Identify Business & Financial Risks and actively implement risk mitigation strategies.

Understanding the business strategy, the competitive environment, commercial drivers, processes,

systems and work closely with various functions to provide analysis and support in decision making.

Align all the function to work towards KPI’s and ensure performance management of agreed-upon

actions to ensure that each action can be measured on a concrete outcome be it growth, savings

etc.

Arrange and facilitate workshops with functional leaders to create action plans on how to succeed

with the strategy.

Coordinate with External & Internal Auditors and ensure preparation of Annual Audited Financial

Statements as per IND AS / IFRS and timely filing with statutory authorities. Coordinate with

Branches for Audit requirements and other documentation required for audit purposes.

Accountable for the annual operating plan and monitoring delivery P&L, cash flow

receivables) & KPIs

Engage with the business to develop the strategy for the next 3 5 years with a focus on growth.

Translate the business plan into financial plan

Track monthly performance versus plan and communicate the business drivers of variances (both

positive & negative) across all dimensions of the plan P&L, cash flow (receivables) & KPIs

Run the monthly forecast process to identify business risks and mitigation options to keep business

on plan

Challenge the business to take tough choices on mitigation plans

With the Regional RM hold the monthly performance review with CEO & CFO

On occasion, support a deep dive performance review on the India market, or part of

the India market, for the monthly performance review with Asia MD / FD

Run the monthly regional / divisional performance reviews.

Be a Team player and able to manage a large team.

Benchmark branches to identify best practice and opportunities for improvement Partner with RMs

in financial decision making such as ROI on capital investments, productivity initiatives & sales

personnel investment

Sponsor or deliver finance training to the RMs to improve their understanding of the business

financial drivers and help build their commercial capability..

M & A- Participate and Drive finance integration and corporate finance systems deployment

Commercial Insight and Analysis :

Communicate the monthly financial performance to the RMs so that they understand the

choices they have to improve financial performance

Provide monthly financial reports and branch scorecards to the RMs in a format that is easy for

them to understand and act on.

Run the monthly regional / district performance reviews

Benchmark branches to identify best practice and opportunities for improvement

Partner with RMs in financial decision making such as ROI on capital investments, productivity

initiatives & sales personnel investment

Sponsor or deliver finance training to the RMs to improve their understanding of the business

financial drivers and help build their commercial capability M&A

Lead finance integration and corporate finance systems deployment

Build Pricing strategies.

Functional Leadership :

Contribute to the finance team leadership as a senior member of the team.

Bring best practices to the table that can be adopted by other markets

8+ years Experienced finance professional from the Services Sector

Chartered Accountant / MBA finance with track record of delivering value to the business beyond
