  • Should have extensive experience in analysis design configuration testing implementation and documentation
  • Should have strong experience in Indian Payroll Taxation Payroll Off cycle activities
  • Gross part of payroll Net part of payroll Indirect Evaluation Inval Loans Enhancement Posting to accounting FI Termination Workbench HR Process model
  • Should be able to guide with functional and technical consultants ABAPers for implementation of business logics customisations
  • Should have good knowledge in ABAP HR ABAP Webdynpro Workflow Portal
  • Should have strong work experience in designing extracts 3rd party Interfaces for Payroll Benefits etc
  • Should have ability to create Payroll Time Schemas PCRs

  • Worked on minimum of 3 end to end SAP implementation projects as HCM functional lead functional consultant
  • Analyses business needs to effectively map business processes to SAP HR module functionality
  • Having experience in understanding business requirements and designing functional and technical architecture
  • Experience in integrating SAP solutions across other ERP core modules
  • Ability to guide and lead a team through challenges faced in highly customized SAP environments
  • Ability to understand and support integration with Non SAP systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
