We are now looking for an experienced sales person, team leader and growth hacker who is ready for a huge challenge alongside a massive opportunity.
This is a brand-new team and you- will build this grounds up and at a superfast pace.Our sales leader builds sales outreach capability and capacity delivering on revenue goals for Wooqer! You establish the outreach engine through ongoing market research for opportunities, A / B testing the pilot pitch, defining the sales structure and process, hiring and training SDR- s, establishing an incentive plan for sales teams, and leading closures by example.
Basic Qualifications- You should love selling!- You will have experience in a leadership role in a high growth SaaS sales team.
You- d have built a winning sales team (irrespective of size).- You are a great communicator with ability to listen to the needs of all stakeholders, and than able to communicate your vision to all levels of stakeholders.
