Good Presentation Skills
At least 4+ years of knowledge of working inOracle Fusion HCM, and overall work experience of 8-12 years
Ability to work with clients to understanddetailed requirements and design solutions that meet client needs and vision
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidlytest and iterate your designs
Have worked on at least 1 End-End Dataconversion in an implementation Project.
Should have hands on Experience on completeInbound and Outbound Integration using HCMData Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Data Loader and also using BIP Reports and HCM Extracts .
Should have vast experience in reporting with OTBI & BIP reports especially forGoal Management, Performance Management & Workforce Compensation modules.
Should have a working experience on Approval Rules configuration and Personalization .
Should be having good hands on experience insetting up the system for Implementation from Data conversion perspective.
Having a CoreHR Functional Knowledge is a must.
Having expertise on ticketing tools like ServiceNow is an added advantage.
Should have good communication skills tointeract with Business to gather requirements.
