JOB PURPOSE :
The role primarily focuses on managing the India Benefits policies and programs which includes vendor management, compliance testing, designing benefit packages, framing policies, market intelligence, end-
end administration of enrollment, endorsements, maintaining internal and external benefits database
Develop written materials (e.g. forms, procedures, brochures, etc.) for the purpose of documenting benefits activities, providing written reference and / or conveying information, Partner with the technical team to plan and execute annual benefits enrollment, Benefits query management
and maintaining leave reports
