  • Call Handling & Job Logging
  • Ensure all Incident calls are reviewed in timely manner & escalated appropriately
  • Liaison with Senior Management / Compliance / Safety Teams, Internal & External
  • Monitoring of the event until all works are complete including, contractors & engineers
  • Carry out ADHOC report request from Field and Customer
  • To communicate fluently and confidently without supervision

  • Professional telephone manner
  • Effective communicator
  • Able to retain information received and reproduce accurately
  • Able to develop strong working relationships with Colleagues
  • PC Literate
  • Spelling and Grammar skills
  • Proof-reading skills
  • Must have minimum 2 years Helpdesk Experience, preferably within Compliance / Safety / Regulatory background.
