Position : AGM Finance
Joining : immediate
Experience : 12-15 years in a reputed retail industry
Qualification : CA (Pst Q3-5 Years / CA Inter (also Applicable )
Post qualified experience : Minimum 3-5 years in retail industry (prefer telecom, Mobile, electronics or home appliances)
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
Planning of funds receivables & payables with optimum utilization of available funds.
Preparation of the budget, financial forecasts and report variances.
Furnishing of funds based on vendors & expense head along with disbursement to vendors and employees reimbursement.
Implement pricing strategies and evolution of billing policies and standardization.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Review general ledger on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of posting.
Ensure timely updation of books of accounts complying with statutory and internal norms.
Oversee the TAT maintained for Vendor Payment and other deliverables for internal customers.
Resolves complex accounting issues or assists other authority personnel in resolving financial issues.
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
Liaison with govt. officials for direct and indirect taxation, sales tax office, excise & service tax department and banks officials.
To advice business on cost control initiatives, on pricing & other commercial decisions and to review contract T&Cs with intention to minimize tax related leakages.
Mentoring and development of team for independent handling of tasks and enabling them to perform tasks as per laid down procedures and expectation.
