Role Will be responsible for all front office and admin tasks. The role also involves handling recruitment of open positions in the company.
Department Admin, India Qualification Graduate Reporting To Manager - HR Responsibilities 1)Front Office Activities. Greeting Visitors and Transferring calls.
2)General Admin Activities like purchase of stationary & other office items 3)Preparation of Petty Cash Vouchers 4)Take care of attendance & leave records of employees.
5)Maintenance of office & office materials 6)Dispatching of courier 7)Will be involved in recruitment life cycle. Sourcing CVs through various job portals, Filtering and Scheduling Interviews 8)Conducting telephone and personal interviews in coordination with department heads.
9)Maintaining database of prospective candidates. 10)Taking feedback of candidate after interview. 11)Giving Offers to Selected Candidates and negotiating CTCs.
12)Resolving Employee Issues & Queries. 13)Facilities Management. Competencies Quick Grasping Power, Ability to resolve and close queries swiftly, General IQ.
