Job Description

  • Experienced Male / Female in selling Professional Services and Trainings, ready to work with pressure environment, Should be able to work in team / Guide Team, target oriented, Good communication skills (English), presentable, Good knowledge of MS office, Good Aptitude and Attitude towards work.
  • Should understand New emerging Technology. Earlier experience of IT (Services Sales and Training) Sales Preferred.

  • Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
  • Revenue generation through New Account Development.
  • Make presentations, respond to RFI / RFP / RFQ suitably after discussing with technical teams.
  • Validate proposals and solutions deliverables with due diligence.
  • Manage strategic accounts and identify opportunities with existing customers.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle. (Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements)
  • Communicate and engage with client organizations to understand their critical needs and offer best-fit requirement solutions to them.
  • He / She must be persuasive, well-mannered and have good negotiation skills. He / She must be good with numbers. The ability to write reports and proposals.
  • Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
  • Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization
  • Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets
  • Proven track record in sales, business development and winning new business
