This role reports to Client Lead.

  • Cross function exposure & strengthen understanding & knowledge of all the key digital mediums along with ATL media to suggest 360 Marketing approach.
  • Integration with digital to other buying teams like (TV, Print, Radio) through direct interaction with specialist teams, learning resources & brand managers.

    In three months :

  • Own the relationship with clients and use your expertise to help them to make the most out of their marketing monies.
  • Build and manage campaigns using media buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd party ad servers covering but not limited to DCM, DBM, AdWords etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media representatives to maintain business partnerships; provides account updates and briefings for industry trends.
  • Own campaign performance and pacing while recommending opportunities for optimization.
  • In six months :

  • Build a firm rapport with each client & internal stake holders to sail the ship and develop not just Media plans, but marketing solutions for the client with the power of Digital & Big data.
  • Along with this, we are a pitch machine and you will be the additional fuel to keep that machine running. After all, we are the fastest growing agency in GroupM.

    In 12 months :

  • Leading the Digital business growth in Motivator
  • Responsibilities of the role :

  • Understanding the Marketing objective of the clients and recommend right data-driven digital strategy for them and designing annual approach for them.
  • Coming up with a Digital strategy followed by planning and buying for every brief. This will involve briefing & coordination with various internal & external partners as well.
  • Once role of digital is defined, help clients with digital solutions, be it Social Media, Display Ads, TV , Radio , Print or Programmatic.
  • Objective will be to guide right mix based on their marketing task.

  • Closely work with Comms planning tools and TGI to guide the role of digital in purchase journey of that product.
  • Manage team of two and help them redundant their boss by ensuring proper processes and smoothen executions where ever applicable with your inputs.
  • Closely work with Business team to help them pitch better solutions. Ensure team receives and refines briefs till they are true to the brand’s requirements at any given point in time.
  • This will involve questioning and counselling the client to arrive at the optimal brief.

  • We value our partners, ensuring keeping good rapport with publishers and closely work with them as your extended team.
  • Accountable for all the desired deliveries on digital front- timely reports & evaluation with course-correction suggestions going out to the brands across Affiliate, Search, Social & most important make use of Digital Big Data.
  • Responsible for post-campaign analysis, identification of weaknesses, learning & opportunities for future campaigns across brands and guiding the right path to achieve kaizen.
  • What you will need :

  • Minimum 5-6 years of digital media planning experience, preferably mix of Digital Media & Digital Creative & development agency.
  • Good understanding of latest technology that is the bed-rock of digital solutions in today’s scenario.
  • Exposure to online ad serving concepts (CPM / CPA / CPV / RTB / ROI) across video, mobile, social.
  • Knowledge and experience of all aspects of digital media planning process including programmatic media planning / buying.
  • Strong networking amongst Display & Social Media Technology media publishers & solution providers.
  • Google Analytics and familiarity with UTM parameters.
  • Knowledge of research tools such as comScore, Similar Web etc.
  • Strong project management, execution, reporting, communication skills.
  • Strong awareness & understanding of the Digital Marketing trends that are shaping the advertising industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to allow the candidate to lead multiple cross-functional teams to arrive at the best planning & delivery solutions for brands.
