Analyze opportunities to determine the feasibility of a system solution and to identify the general kinds of system solution that appear appropriate .

Analyze users' business requirements in detail and, where appropriate prepares functional specifications for a proposed or changed system.

Application development and system enhancement as per change management process.

Production systems support resolving incident tickets and serving service tickets.

Assist the project manager assessing scope and timeline to implement a new system or to modify an existing system and in preparing rough estimates of (a) the cost of developing or changing.

b) the system the duration of a project to do se.

Design and develop user manuals and corresponding training program for system being developed.

Prepares, in consultation with users, implementer's, and operations representatives the acceptance or parallel run test plans for any new or changed systems.

Assist developing business test cases, test scenarios and test programmers to meet user requirements.

Prepare Release, Configuration and Change Management documents

Prepare system Recovery Plan

Prepare installation Guide

Prepare Troubleshoot guide

Prepare post implementation support guide and train support staff.

Submit weekly progress report to line manager.

Under take project tasks assigned by the line management.
